It’s was an excellent opportunity to learn Islamic Financial System & practical approach towards Islamic Banking. There are many things I realized after the training. During my work, I meet IF industry people within & outside Saudi Arabia. They are working in big projects but they do not understand technicalities. I believe that qualification makes a big difference. The way of doing things of most of Islamic Bankers is not professional, because they are not enough qualified. After completing my CIB, I understand real Islamic Banking, real problems, real scenarios - not just an overview of things. The way I solve problems in my bank - is taking my position upward, unlike others.
